Ringer Game is a client-only web app. It runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts and no backend server.
Gameplay settings, preferences, and statistics may be stored locally in your browser.
This data stays on your device.
You can export and import your setup using human-readable Load codes.
Load codes may include configuration, sound and input settings, method data, and scoring data you choose to generate or append.
Load codes are created, processed, saved, and shared entirely by you, in your browser.
You may choose to export a MIDI file from Ringer Game.
MIDI files are generated entirely in your browser based on your current setup (such as the loaded method, sound profiles, and polyrhythm settings).
No MIDI data is uploaded, transmitted, or stored by Ringer Game.
Exported MIDI files exist only as files you choose to download and save. What you do with those files is entirely under your control.
Audience measurement is off by default.
If enabled, Ringer Game uses Google Analytics 4 to measure general site usage (such as page views and approximate region).
No gameplay actions, scores, timing data, methods, load codes, or MIDI data are sent to analytics.
You can turn this on or off at any time from the Privacy page.
You may choose to download method data from CCCBR.
If you do, your browser requests data directly from CCCBR-hosted resources, governed by their own terms.
